Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am keen to understand the financial obligation on the husband in india in case the marriage is not successful and the couple wants to separate . Both the couples are indian by citizen and marriage was through traditional family ritual . Husband is salaried employee and wife is a housewife . There are no kids at this point . My specific questions :

1. is there any min time one need to spent before filing for divorce .

2. what kind of financial obligation will come on the husband (if any ) towards the wife

3. What is the time frame to get divorced if both the couple are finally convinced of Divorce .
