legal seperation
My wife is living seperately with two kids. her relatives are planning to file a divorce petition against me. To make things alwright after a long gap I am ready to sign for legal seperation. Evenif her relatives insist my wife for a permenent seperation,will court consider my request. We were married before 12 years and having two small kids. I dont want to seperate them because without there is no future life for me. Also she expect a change after a long time and still having hopes for reunion. But she is under great pressure of her relatives and in a confused mental condition. Now she starts to reply my emails but with great anger and disappintment. As i am not allowed to contact her directly how should i communicate. The basic problem my profession is manging my farm. Also i my self looked after my kids upto this time. She is working as an administrator in a hospital and not intrested in family activities. This gap lead to great disputes and one good morning she left the home with kids. Please show me a right way . All compromise discussions failed

Your note does not disclose the place or legal system in which you were married ? Even in India, the situation is governed by different laws e.g. Hindu Marriage Act, Special Marriage Act, etc.
Please indicate the place and method of your marriage as also your religion. ?
