maintenance

married in 1994. mywife was suffering from schizophenia before marrige.i got divorce degree under sc.13 of hindu marrige act.she appealed to high court single bench & double bench.appeals dismissed.now she filed an application for permanent maintenance at district court.do you provide me some rulings,applicable to my case & i can get concession in maintenance.i am govt. servent.i have proofed that she was mental before marrige
