(a) You may not be entitled to marry while your first marriage is subsisting.

(b) You may seek divorce only on the grounds available under Hindu Marriage Act.

(c) You may be liable to provide spousal support / maintenance for your wife and the child.

(d) Your love for this muslim girl and planning to marry her may land you in deep trouble as it constitutes "cruelty";

(e) Your wife may be entitled to initiate your criminal prosecution resulting in a possible jail term for you.

You have to seek divorce by mutual consent from your wife and then if you are serious in marrying a muslim girl then you have to convert as a muslim as per Muslim Personal Law and make Nikah to her.
