I got married in 2010 ......due to lot of insults and quarells by in laws and husband i was in stress ...my health damaged ... in 4 months i got gynic issue , i went through all medical tests there they said my thyroid antibodies got allivated, my husband didnt take me to doctor ,no medication for that then later afyer 6 months i was diagnoised with diabetis...Now my in laws claims that i was suffering with diabetis before marriage and want to take divorce.my all reports are in US and am in India now....how can i proove my self , i went through lot of mental harrasment from day i got married . before marriage i was healthy and strong. plzz suggest me daibetis is ground for divorce ???

No. Diabetis or for that matter no diseases are grounds for divorce. You don't have to worry. Get cured of your mental illness and take medicines for diabetis and keep it under control.
Never. Diabetics cannot be a ground for seeking divorce even if it was in existence prior to marriage. Be cool and continue to take required treatment..
The problems mentioned by you do not offer any ground for divorce or separstion. You need to pen down all the cruelities suffered by you and make a written complaint to the local police in tune with the provisions of Domestic Violence Act and the relevant provisions of Indian Penal Code.
