Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got married on july 2010 to NRI according hindu rituals, after marriage i stayed with inlaws,my marriage was not registered, and after 2 days of marriage he went back,my husband filled fiance visa with a promise thta he iwll marry me in america. i got fiancee visa but he dont want me to come there, because of his family pressure he called me america, after reaching there he was totally different,he tortured me mentally and physically both,his language was abusive.

he told me that he was not going to marry me in america so i have to go back and stay alone . i refused to do that as a result he hacked my emailsand used them against me ,

i sent me back with a warning tht if i didnt annull this relationship he will do anything like he will defame me and my parents in the society.

now his family is also supporting him,

i want to know my rights ?

You have lot of rights . You went to USA on K-1 visa though you were already married in India.It amounts to cheating . You can file a case for interim maintenance and residence under the Domestic Violence Act. You can also files a complaint before the Crime against Women cell for torturing, cheating ,dowry demands , harassment etc and if he and his family does not agree with your terms and conditions for settlement then this complaint would be converted into a FIR against them. You can inform the company where he is working etc.in USA

I think a suit for restitution of conjugal rights would be a better option at the first instance.
