Legal Question in Family Law in India

My mother wants to entrust all her personal wealth and self-acquired property to my name in a registered will. I am the only daughter and have 3 brothers. I take care of my mother. My mother has sold all her property and equally divided it amongst us already. The portion she is leaving in her will is her share which she feels should belong to me after her death. Can a registered will be revoked? How can my mother ensure that her registered will will not be altered or revoked after her death?

Will can not be revoked by any person other then herself.

After he demise no body can revoke, only challenge the Will, which may or may not be successful.

If your mother is willing she can gift the entire property to you, during her life-time, which can solve the problem.
