hi i want to know the procedure for serving court restoration of conjugal rights notice on my spouse who stays in united kingdom , through the indian embassy.... please inform at the earliest how to go about abut and if therez any fees to be paid

it will be regular procedure if you have the address in united kingdom. file the process fee and give the envelopes for service by conventional registered post which process you may complete. You may, if so desire, send by courier also at the same address. If you fail to serve him then, send the summons to the consulate office. Finally, if still not, then you may seek permission for substituted service and publish in the local daily paper.
