Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I had my register marriage in Jan, 2005. After the marriage, my wife left to UK [Without my concern]for higher studies from where she is not willing to come back and trying to marry some one else with the help of her family who is residing in India. I have filed a restitution of conjugal rights against her but she is stil in UK and not appearing to the court. Pls advice me how to bring her to India. Is there a way the UK embassy in India would help me in this matter.? Also her passport [Which was applied after the marriage] has the marital status "Unmarried". Also she had taken 15 lakhs from me. She being my wife, I didnt keep the records of money given to her. She had also registered in the matrimonial websites. And her parents are evading from receiving the court notices, that are sent to their residential address.

Pls advice.

Thanks for your time.

what is the status of your restitution of conjugal rights case. where is pending?

in case she is not appearing, seek ex parte decree n then execute the same in UK. you may also get the summons served through indian embassy there.
