Legal Question in Family Law in India

respected sir

i would like to know that ,my father has been expired in 1990 and he is only male child in there home .and my grand father also expired in 1996 .and me and my mother living with my maternal grand mother because my grand father brother is responcible for the death of my grand father and my father.

sir i m only girl child of my parents .as my mother is blind .and my grand father took advantage of this problem .and he abused my mother when we ask for our right as .........

the whole property that was bought by my grand father by his own money after his death .he take whole property under his custody ....

my mother did lot of cases but get nothing in return even when the case is in our favour thrice time ....

we have no income source but we spend lot in all cases . but know wneh i across the minor age .....

i have gone to the supriendent of police commissioner and because of them we get our land back .

but now the house that was brought by my grandfather is also under my grand father brother ....

please tell me how will i get it ...

the whole property that is 13 acres is brought by my grand father .and in which onlly four acres is now under us and rest was under the same person (grand father brother).

but legally and according to law . children ara the ower their parents property but i m not getting my whole property..

i did lot of hardwork for getting every thing back but still nothing happens at all...

sir in my family there is my mother and me living with my maternel grand mother (nani ma)

.sir plese tell me the right law through which i got all my property back ....

please guide me the right path..........

Has your grand father execute any will in favour anyone or he died an intestate. If he has died intestate then your father was the only legal heir of your grand father property. And then you and your mother automatically becomes the owner of your grand fathers property.
