Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

My marriage was solemnized in Patanamthitta district , Kerala .

Me and my wife started our life as husband and wife in Trichur district, Kerala.

Me and my wife last lived together in India was Trichur district, Kerala in the year 2010.

Me and my wife last lived together was in Dubai, UAE till 24 Th March 2013.

In this case can she file a divorce petition in the family court of Ahmedabad where her parents reside ?

I have lived with her in Ahmedabad only for 3 days in 2003.

Can the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad court in this case be challenged by me ?

Please advice.

You can raise the jurisdiction point. She will have to prove the jurisdiction before proceeding with the case.
