Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir, i am a 26yr male applied for divorse by mutual concent.on 22 nd feb the first notion was passed and also we were asked our opnion on same day as we appealed we both wanted to go abroad.nw on 25 aug the 2 nd notion is fixed were its nt required for me and my spose to be present.i aquired a student visa in which i have provided my marrital status as single.i will leave on aug 29 th. is it a problem.what can i do to solve it please help me
