Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

My husband had fradulently taken my documents like my passing certificates,my passport,my voter id and my driving licence which he refuses to give me.He says he had kept my documents with his sister who is married.Now i have been selected in LLB Entrance exam for which counselling will be on 17th JUNE.I need my passing certificate for that.

What can be done in this case?

Can i appear before the admission committee with my attested passing certificate please guide me.

file a cpmplaint before the police authorities that ur husband has taken ur important documents and he is not giving back. moreover when u dont have the original who will attest the photocopies. if the photocopies are even attested u can be asked to show the original. better to get fir registered regarding the documents so that u can tell that in the interview.
