my sister husband harassing my family
brother of my mother married my sister 15 years back.he has illegal affair with another woman from 6 years and married her recently and had one child without giving divorce to my sister. he so many times harrsed my family members thretening he will kill my niece.how should i proceed legally

your sister can file complaint against him for bigamy and harassment etc

your sister can file a case of biagamy and also harassment against her husband

as advised earlier, file a complaint with the police.

you donot have any right to take any legal recourse but it is your sister who can take legal recourse.Firstly lodge complaint with police complaining commission of bigamy by you sister's husband and second wife
and also ask for police protection.Your sister may also ask for divorce and alimony.

then talk to her husband...
then proceed further.. contact a lawyer immediately
