my sister husband harassing my family members
brother of my mother married my sister 15 years back.he has illegal affair with another woman from 6 years and married her recently and had one child without giving divorce to my sister. he so many times harrsed my family members thretening he will kill my niece.how should i proceed legally

Complain to police. Get divorce and demand life support

you should immediately file a criminal complaint with the police for an offence of (a) bigamy; and (b) cruelty against your sister.

you donot have any right to take any legal recourse but it is your sister who can take legal recourse.Firstly lodge complaint with police complaining commission of bigamy by you sister's husband and second wife and also ask for police protection.Your sister may also ask for divorce and alimony.

as such you do not have any right ..
take care of your sister! give her and the child all protection and then proceed..
ask your sister... if she is willing to prefer a criminal complaint... of second marriage and threat to kill .. etc
if she prefers .. get the marriage nullified in court!
get maintenance etc... for the child and your sister legally.
