HI, I AM VIKRAM SETHI 32. ME & MY WIFE GOUGHT MARRIED SINCE 8 yrs AGO. SHE ALWAYS SAYS THAT LEAVE YOUR FATHER & MOTHER BCZ SHE DON;T LIKE MY PARENTS. SHE ALWAYS SCOLD MY MOTHER BY USING ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. SHE TREAT HER LIKE HER SERVANT.SHE ALSO MAKE A FAKE COMPLAINT IN WOMEN CELL AGAINST ME & MY MOTHER.SHE ALWAYS SAYS THAT I WILL DO MORE FAKE COMPLAINTS AGAINST YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS. PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT TO DO?

collect evidence of what ill treatment ur wife give ur mother and to you. then make an application in the police station with the evidence like voice recording , video etc. saying that ur wife is in habit of making false accusation against u and ur family. she wants to get rid of ur parents. the police ll adequately advice ur wife. if this helps u then no need to go further.

you can take police help but you need to be strict with her. collect evidence and take action
handle carefully. try to sort out the matter with a positive approach. it may be better to avoid litigation and settle the dispute amicably. the legal approach may create more problems and may be costly and time consuming with no certain results.
