process of re-conciliation by the court is a mandatory provision. The court may dismiss the petition for her to not come to the court as the process of reconciliation cannot be completed in her absence or in lawyers presence only. Both the parties need to be present. Medical impotency is very difficult for her to prove unless they have documentation for you having undergone or undergoing treatment. If not, the petition for divorce would bounce back upon her and certainly would be dismissed.
