Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife is forcefully keeping my son at her mother's house.Can this be said as a custody of the child ?
I only get access of my son once in 15 days that too after intervention of the court.
What does law says in such cases ? My son is 6 yrs old.
My wife want to stay at her mother's house forever and want me to do so.
She is using my son as a weapon.

You can file case of custody and you will get it but you have to prove that you earn very well and it is in the good will of the child to live with you.

generally the custody of child upto 10 yrs is given to mother by court. But you can try your luck.
