Legal Question in Medical Leave in India

I am indian citizen holding Indian passport. I am working on H1 visa.My marriage was solemnized in India as per HMA.Recently i file for divorce in USA on the ground of irreconcilable differences. My wife has filed interim injection as well as permanent injection in indian court against my pending divorce in USA . The hearing of interim injunction will be tomorrow. If Indian court will pass interim injunction against my favor will it be right from my side to get my divorce degree from USA or is it better to wait till the INDIAN court pass permanent in my favor?

it is better to file a divorce petition in India instead of US coz even if you get a decree absolute from US, you still need to get the same verified and authenticated by indian courts and in these circumstances, when you wife has opted for indian jurisdiction, it is not advisable to fight it out in US.
