Legal Question in Medical Leave in India
Now the son is planning to stop the payment as he is getting so much mental harassment from his parents. Is it a correct step? Anyways parents wanted to go to court so meanwhile can son stop the payment for his parents????
If the daughter has the right to get the share in parent's property why they don�t have the responsibility of maintaining the parents?

stopping the payment is not a correct step and the son should keep on paying the committed amount and it would save him from court case as well. the daughter who is not working, has no liability towards parents to maintain but surely has right in the property. this is the law.
