Chields mothetr died and father not caring daughter and she is taken care by parents of mother,daughter is 8 years age how to make prorety of her father and gold of her mother can be taken on childs name

Well, the parents of the child's mothers can file a case as proving Guardian and looking after the child and fight for the property and Gold accordingly.
