Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

I am a dalit.Due to my family circumstances i barrowed some amount from a friend.He demanded me some colateral security for that amount. before 15 years i made one sale agreement on my house which covered by govt.loan.It is Rs.10/ stamp paper and it is unregestered. Title of the house is also not in my name at the time of agreement.I repaid the loan amount in instalments.My friend has not given me any receipt.one fine morning he told that i was sold the house to him.I shocked and filed a suit against him.After getting court notice,He forcefully sent me out from my house.He is powerful in Polytics,men,muscular and money.I cant do anything against him.I sent complaints to Police.No action has been taken.Police from PCR wing has made a formal enquiry.They are supporting to the Polytician.What is the solvation to me? Please treat it as an emergency and kindly guide me.

What was your suit against him? Where was the need for you to file a suit? Since you denied the agreement, it is he who was suppose to file a suit and not you. Be as that it may, now that you have filed one, but, you have not stated what is this suit and the stage. How could he just throw you out after the receipt of notice. You will have to file another suit, now, under Section 6 of specific relief act for possession. Mere fact that the person is from politics, does not mean that you succumb to it. Law is above politics. But take the necessary action and you may write to the press or involve media.
