Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
dear sir , can we file a suit for damage charge from seller who sold us property and other legal heir's of seller file partition suit and get status quo from court and we send notice to seller for claiming for damage as per our sale deed clauses as per markit value without pay any duty to court heavy fee , give me sugession for filing suit for damage without pay fee of court / or we file suit for damag's including court fee and legal charges and also markit value with compoudable intrest on properrty and delay of construction and extra escalation charges etc? how......
