Legal Question in Civil Litigation in

my father executed a registered will with two witnesses ,in favour of my mother giving all the rights whatsoever to her.my father died a month before.my brother is asking for his share and there is no share of him mentioned in the will the whole sole incharge of my father;s property is my mother.my brother does not stays with us from last 15 years.

now, my brother is threatening us that he will go to the courts and challenge the will and also file a suite for obtaining his share.kindly suggest what to do and how far he has his right over father's self earned property according to the will.

Your brother cannot succeed in his partition suit or challenge to will as the will has been executed by your father in presence of two witnesses and registered. Mother gets the property absolutely. Since it was your fathers self acquired property he could dispose by will to the exclusion of his sons
