sir,
one hussain sab and chinna kale sab purchased the land property through registered sale deed in the year 1971.The said hussain sab died on 11.03.2010 and he had wife, fore sons and seven daughters.Wife of the deceased asked the chinna kale sab for partition.but the said chinna kale sab not come forward for partition.
Sir, please give me your advise and how much share got his wife, four sons and seven daughters right over the deceased hussain sab share land property under Muslim law ?
