Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Borivli office refused to give me domisal certi as i was born out side india in 1962 but i am staying in india since july -1962[47 years] i have ration card,pen card,telephone,flat,etc on my oun name how they can refuse me? pl.inform legal steps/complain to be taken on them

If you are entitled as per rules and have refused illegally, you may approach the High Court by filing a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
