Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Dear Sir
My green card was issued in June 2009.
I came to India in Jan 2009.
My husband is not giving the green card.
So,I am not able to go back to USA.
Please tell me what I am supposed to do.

you may contact the US embassy here in Delhi and they would guide you property. you may say that your green card is with your husband and he is not returning it and they may issue another one after checking records. you may also seek help of a lawyer in getting the formalities completed.
You may lodge a case under DV laws against your husband and inform the US authorities. You may also be entitled to visit USA as a victim of domestic violence. However, you may better seek informed opinion from an IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY in USA.
