Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

I was a divoecee woman with 11 yr old son, got re married after coming to uk, with COA approval..now we are trying to get him here for his holidays..on applying passport process..we dont want to mention his x fathers name..my son don't even know that past.plz help how could we approach and make it possibla ASAP..and if we get a passport, how can we apply for a visa to him..I am on dependant visa n my husband is on Tier-1 visa. plz help us..

this is possible with the consent of your ex husband as he is the natural guardian of the child and in case he consents to the use of your husband s name instead of his, in writing, the same would be done....is decree of divorce expressing the details of custody.

Untill the child is given in adoption by your husband, his name as the biological father has to stay on all records.
