Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

I live in mumbai. My L1-A was approved from US immg in october 2008, At mumbai consulate they put it on hold for further evidence at time of interview. Later they sent file back to US immg for revocation in april 2009. Its a year since my file is lying with US immg in USA & havent heard anything from them since. There is another company in USA who wants to hire me and file an H1-B. If i quit my original L1-A company & if L1-A is still pending, can i go for new company and file a new H1-B? what are the chances of H1-B getting approved in usa as well as get through with mumbai consulate. Will pending L1-A affect the filing of new H1-B? Please advise
