Mediclaim rules
Can a TPA refuse any part of the bill of hospitalisation, especially the service charge that the hospital charges ? The InS co is Oriental & the TPA is E-Meditek.

it depends on the terms of policy. cant advice without going through the papers.

Yes,if any such specification in original policy,otherwise not.
