Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Sir,
I am a married doughter and a gagetted officer and married in 1976. What is my right in my father's property brought and develop by my father. Who died in 2009 leaving a will and there is no mention my right only for all three brothers in the paper. please advise me

in case it is self acquired property and your father has willed it away, you cannot claim any right.
