Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Hello sir/madam,
my dad has bought a property before my birth in 1957 and registered that property to my mother and my 3 brother. on that time, all my brother was minor (1 bro-11 age,2 bro-9 & 3 bro -5) and my dad has 3 son and 1 daughter only. my dad has 4 daughter& 3 son. my dad expire in 2005. after that, in 2007 my mom gave her property to as(4 daughter) and registered her property to 4 daughter in register office . and she expires in 2010. now we sister are asking my father property to be given to as by indian Muslim law.
if we file a petition in court & can we able to claim it..
pls share your ideas & help as pls.

You are entitled to get what have been given by your mother .
