Legal Question in Employment Law in India
We more than 10000 people from all over India were working on contract as a Business Facilitator since 2007 or latter in SBI in RBI's Financial Inclusion scheme. After 5 years of working, SBI has terminate all the Business Facilitator in one letter. SBI has claim on us that we have not served his financial inclusion goal and indulging in wrong practice.. Till now no any complaint has on any Business Facilitators.
We have also file a writ petition in differrene states, we have get stay in some states. Maximum case in pending in differrent states. SBI not follow the interin orders. We want to go Supreme Court. Can you advice something.
