Legal Question in Employment Law in India

company not giving releving letter

hello Sir,

i want to ask this question regarding my dispute with a very small company:my company MD said that he will be releving me soon as there was no work in my company for me.so being a fresh graduate,i agreed as the pay was also not good.after some time when i asked for the letter he kept on postponing, saying just work 4 some time.after some time he agreed n said to give him my resignation letter mentioning that i want 2 go 4 higher studies n the dates he suggested put in the letter.now afterwords he said that u r required 2 pay the training charges n the salary of 1 n half months as mentioned in the appointment letter.which i rejected,as the bond required was not furnished as MD only had told earlier that further processing of my joining is not required.not only he didn't give my original documents but also d salay 4 last month.he sent me a simple notice asking 4 Rs.95k.the points 4 leaving my job are:the salary was not good,it was not paid at right time usually after 12th of each month,i was required 2 work at another company as a contract worker which was not mentioned in appointment letter, the work hours were unusual n i was required 2 work on saturdays n sundays.i have done BE in ECE then PG diploma from CDAC Pune.
