Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir,
This is A.Abdul Khader. I need some advice regards salary .
Since February 2011 i have worked in IT Training company at tanjore as a manager- Business Development. from date of joining i dint get salary regularly . they paid the every month salary after the second month completed. from the past one year i Sufferd a lot due to salary problem. so i unable survive my family from this condition.so i decided to relieve from this company December 31 2011. till i not ye get 3 month salary ( October 2011,November 2011,December 2011)( my basic salary is 12000 per month ) . my total outstanding salary is 29500 ( including leave deduction) . they assured to give jan 2 2012. but still i didnt get . when i ever i try to call they told tomorrow we will pay.
i so much get pain deeply from my heart.
Shall i take any legal action .
