Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam, my friend after completion of his Mtech, joined in an MNC by putting his certificates under 3 yrs bondage for a salary of 10,000 pm. But he got job in another big firm, into which he joined without taking back his certificates from the previous company. Now this new company asking him to show his certificates to make him a permanent employee. Previous company is now denying to give certificates, asking him to pay 3 lakhs towards certificates. How can we get back the certificates. Can we appraoch legally.

on what grounds they are not giving your certificates back.....?
u can send them legal notice ..
