Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
I was working with Interior contracting firm. I Resigned on 25th Nov & completed my 1 month notice period. Now I joined one Interior Designing firm.
My question is that my previous company is not clearing my full & final on the question that I forwarded my old company's mail on my personal mail ID. and according to them it can be clash of same area of work ( but one is in Contracting & second is a designing Firm)
So is it correct that what they are doing? & Can they stop my PF also.

in this situation, they may not be right in not clearing your dues and PF. you may approach a lawyer and a notice can be sent to them.
