Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir,
My name is Raghu and i am from Bangalore. I have been working for a Pvt company since last year and everytime i find difficulty in getting my salary. He troubles me a lot in this matter and asks to give more buisness to pay the salary. Since 2 months i have not got my salary, and all my original documents are with him. He is not telling to resign nor paying our salary.
I request you to tell me what neaxt action i need to take on him to get my pay and my certificates.

in case you are not working in the supervisory capacity, you can approach the labour commissioner otherwise you may approach the civil court.
