Legal Question in Employment Law in India

my friend is a needy separated girl aged 32 yrs...she faced many struggles in life..
till now she has been jobless and with great difficulty cleared her wriiten exam & interview for the post of a teacher in kendriya vidyalaya.this exam is conductd by kendriya vidyalaya sangathan..she is delhi resident living with her parents.
now the KV sangathan is posting her in mysore KV school.its not possible for her as she has a family in delhi and it's v.inconvenient to live there alone.moreover kv is not even providing ready accomodation.even if it does,she wants posting in delhi only as she is depressed due to separtion and now want to live with parents for emotionla support and to get rid of loneliness
i know many aquiantances who resigned from their teaching job in KV school because these KV guys are habitual of giving posting in any other far off city/town except the one where the job seeker is living....
can any action be taken against kv sangathan for causing this inconvenience?please suggest...so that my friend gets posted in delhi only...her job is confirmed but they say either live in mysore or quit...

as she is living alone and separated, KV may consider her case on compassionate grounds...however, legally not much can be done.
