Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello,

I am presently working for a company in Bangalore.

I have received a job outside India.

I am serving a 2 months notice and already given my resignation.

I want to do all the procedures by law and without any hassles. My employer on the contrary is creating issues and may not relieve me. They also have told me that since I am on notice, I will get my salary for the two months when I leave.

What would be the consequences if I leave early without getting a relieving letter from my employer? The new company where I am planning to join do not require any document from me.

consequences would be they can claim of damages for breach of contract/bond u had with them
