Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am an Indian. Iam a nurse in moh hospital sharjah. my husband is threatening me that if he writes a letter against me to the moh,ministry will cancel my employment visa.is it possible. I am a mother of three girls. i have to feed them & provide education.He has my passport also. Always he is troubling me to give him money. Already i had taken loan & given to make a bussiness for his brother,that his brother didn't give me back. now i stopped giving,so my husband is behaving like this.

as you are employed in sharjah and i presume that your husband is also staying there in sharjah so i advise you to consult a lawyer there to ascertain the repercussions of mischief of your husband. in case your husband is in India, you may retain an indian lawyer to initiate appropriate legal remedy.
