Notice Period
I am in the payroll of a Company in bangalore, headquatered in US. Contractually i have a 2 month notice period but need to leave in 1.5
month? I am falling short of 15 days, for which I am ready to pay for the days i fall short of. What if my company want me to be there for 2 months. they are not ready to release me even after agreeing to pay. is it leaglly possible?

is this option was given there in your bail bond

that if u leave u can get off by paying that amount

if yes than u can leave and send them legal notice to relieve u
