Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir,
A dispute has arisen between me and my employer on non payment of HRA. Further whatever HRA (House Rent Allowance) they had paid was with prior approval. They want to recover this amount of Rs 7.57 Lacs paid to me . Kindly guide me iwhat could be the legal solution on this. I am presenting the correspondence on subject for your kind information.
Hope you would guide me appropriately. I come from a community where they teach us from childhood days never approach courts for justice. Hence also a bit hesitant on the legal course. Is it possible to Challenge House Retention Policy of this CPSE in courts if it is discriminatory.

We have not received any correspondence details. Send us the concerned papers, so that we understand on what grounds they are claiming such money.

why would they claim an amount of more than 7 lacs from you? did you execute a bond with the employer? do come back with details.
