Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi sir/mam.

We are from A2Z mrktng company(Inida),we are planned to raise money(Donations) for orphans as Door To Door.So we need to recruit 100 volunteers as employees for raise money...

Is it Legal as appointed as employees and giving salaries..

and we are planned to give special discount on shopping for Donars.

so please give me perfect idea how to do in little quick session.Thanks in advance..

There is no problem in your appointing 100 volunteers as employees by issuing them appointment letters and giving them the agreed salary on time.
