Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir,
This is sudheer. I worked as a admin officer for reputed company for 4 years .They have deducted PF amount every month Rs700. They did not issue any payslips. I have resigned recently. I tried to settle my account. But i surprised that they have deducted money for PF but they did not pay any amount to the PF office. I have only proof that attendance register xerox and salary statement soft copy. How can i go legally to put up case. What is the solution.Sir around Rs.50000 i should get.

HI,
You must file a complaint against the companyfor not depositing the PF amount to the local PF office and to the Labour Commissioner .
