Termination of employment

I have been terminated for which

no specific reason is mentioned and

written that as no more role is left

for which I m required. I m pregnant

and they are giving me my

maternity leave amount not at one

go but after 6 weeks of my delivery.

I dont rely on this. They can lie.

what do i do?

Your facts are not sufficient for appropriate opinion. If you are a workman, you may be governed by the "Standing Orders" of your company duly approved by the Labour Department of the State Government. You may also be entitled to other reliefs as per the labour laws applicable to you and your employer.

Try to obtain some assurance from the company in writing in respect of your maternity payments. Further, if they do not fulfill the same you can use that communication from the employer as an evidence in your favour.
