Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I worked in an BPO company as a caller and because of my good performance I got a post of an HR Management. I worked in the company over 1and a half year and my performance was good as a caller and HR Management, due to late salary given to me i spoke to the Directors and said that i want to no longer continue my service not once said but 3 times , then the directors told me that im a very good employee and fulfill my duties towards the company and also was promised in regards to my salary given to me in time, so i thought that my salary will be given to me in time so i continued my services. 1 and a half month back i told the director to take back my HR Management because of the work as i needed to do calling, i had to do both the post which was not possible but i did my best and use to complete my target which was given to me, if my performance was not good i think that the directors calls the employee and give them a warnning letter, but with no notice and warnning letter i was told to handover my HR Management post that my performance was not good, the 2 directors came to my house in the month of July,2012 and had asked me and my family to become a director of the company and wanted me to give 7 lakhs, which i was willing to give 5 lakhs in 1 condition for the profit and loss account of the company, which the directors did give it to me, i found that the accounts was not right so i did not become a director. On the 1st of October,2012 i went to work and one of the director told me that we are going to sit for a meeting after working hours, so when we had the meeting, few points was mentioned in regards to the companyies profit and the 2 last point was told that my HR Management post will be taken away from me with no reasons what so ever, so what do you think that when i requested to leave the HR Management post 1 and a half month back and i was told no, because i was a good employee. How can the directors just take away the post away from me, and ternimated me from the company. So please can you tell me what should i do to the company
