Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working in a MNC.I had sent to foreign country for training by company.The travel expenses are bound by the company.For that they have made a agreement in 100 rupees stamp paper stating that " I have to serve company for minimum of two years from completion of training period.If failed to do so ,myself have to pay back company the travel amount .They also stated that it will be legally handled in court under "Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996".I want to know whether the bond is valid or invalid.

Although the bond is valid, it can be challenged in Court.
