Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working in a Pvt Bank since 2007 and notice period of my company is 90 days. I want short notice of 15 days,but they are not ready and also i am ready to pay them 75 days short notice period amount as per their term and condition. But still my HR Manager is not agree and forcing me to serve notice period of 90 days. Is there any law through which i can challenge.

if they themself has given the option of 90 days days or amount to compensate

than tell them that u are breaching your own terms and condition

or serve a legal notice for now
