Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

I had gone for injuction against my landlord for having forcefully trying to vacate me from the premises and after a year the hononourable judge in city civil court had dismissed my petition and allowed the landlord petition for all his claim. My counsel had suggested to move an appeal against that order and it is pending for want of order copy from the court. Meanwhile the landlord counsel had sent me a notice asking me to adhere the order and threating me that if i do not adhere within a week he will move for the attachments of my immovable can you suggest me what i have to do

as an appeal has been filed, your counsel can seek stay against the order passed by the lower court and the execution proceedings in relation thereto. once the stay is granted, your possession of the tenanted premises cannot be disturbed. in case the stay is not granted, the other party may try n take over possession and you resort to other legal remedies in such eventuality.

You should expedite your appeal and make efforts for an interim stay.
